Mapping an account enables a user with an NT or LDAP account to access Crystal Enterprise. Typically, you map NT or LDAP user accounts to Crystal Enterprise through the CMC. When you map an NT or LDAP account, you can choose to create a new Crystal Enterprise account or link to an existing Crystal Enterprise account.
