Database logon information

Some reports require you to log on to a database before you can schedule them successfully. You can do this on the Schedule page if you have credentials for the report's data source.

To schedule a report with database logon information

1. In the Customize your options list, click Database Logon.
2. Change information as necessary for your report's database.
3. On the title bar, click Schedule.

   Note:    If you want to set other options, do not click Schedule until you have made all your selections.
