Returns whether or not a request to refresh the report from the viewer will always hit the database. Read-Only

Depending on the current values in the RefreshAlwaysUpdate Property and the Refresh Property, shareable reports and non-shareable reports will always hit the database when refreshed from the viewer, as outlined in the table below.
