The acceptable values for this property are the strings False and True.
In order to set whether a report always hits the database when refreshed, you must first commit the changes and then restart the Cache Server. Restart the server through the SDK using the ManageServer Method. You can also restart the server through the Crystal Configuration Manager or the Crystal Management Console.
