Add Method

Adds a new unmanaged disk location to the collection.

Syntax

Sub Add(
    FileName As String)

Parameters

FileName

The path or path and name of the file.

Remarks

The FileName will consist of the following elements:

• Destination Directory

  Type the absolute path to the directory. The directory can be on a local drive of the Job Server machine, on a drive that is mapped to the Job Server machine, or on any other machine that you can specify with a UNC path.

• Default File Name (randomly generated)

  Don't type a file name if you want Crystal Enterprise to generate a random file name.

• Specified File Name

  Type a file name if you want to specify a file name—you can also add a variable to the file name. To add a variable, wrap the variable in percent symbols and add it to the file name. For example given user A schedules the report titled "Inventory"%SI_TITLE%+ "_" +%SI_OWNER% + ".rpt" would create the file name Invenory_A.rpt.
