Add Method

Add a new FTP location to the collection.

Syntax

Sub Add(
    FileName As String)

Parameters

FileName

The path or the path and file name.

Remarks

The FileName will consist of the following elements:.

• Destination Directory

  Enter the FTP directory that you want the report to be saved to. A relative path is interpreted relative to the root directory on the FTP server.

• Default File Name (randomly generated)

  Don't type a file name if you want Crystal Enterprise to generate a random file name.

• Specified File Name

  Type a file name if you want to specify a file name—you can also add a variable to the file name. To add a variable, wrap the variable in percent symbols and add it to the file name. For example given user A schedules the report titled "Inventory"%SI_TITLE%+ "_" +%SI_OWNER% + ".rpt" would create the file name Invenory_A.rpt.
