The ID of the user who the report is scheduled on behalf of.
Property ScheduleOnBehalfOf As Long
The user who submits a report for processing (the submitter) may not be the user who created the report (the owner). For example, an Administrator can schedule a report on behalf of a user who may not have schedule rights. If this is the case, then security checking at processing time should be performed on the Administrator rather than the user. Use this property to set the owner ID to be different from the submitter ID only if security checking has been performed.
