A principal will not be included in the ObjectPrincipals collection unless rights have been explicitly set on the object; that is, it will not appear in the collection if all of its rights have been inherited, or if its rights to an object have not been set. If this is the case, then you can use the AnyPrincipal property to retrieve a principal's security information. You can then give the principal explicit rights to the object.
