Returns True if the maximum value of the limit in the object inheritance is valid, and False if the minimum value is valid.

Use this property to define the limit behavior. For example, if a limit of 5 instances of a report is set on a folder for a particular user, and this user inherits another limit of 10 instances from a group membership, then setting the UseMaximumValue property to True will ensure that the maximum value of 10 is used.
