Returns True if the right is granted, and False otherwise.
A user or group can be granted or denied a right by virtue of inheritance. In addition, some rights may remain unspecifiedthat is, they are neither granted nor denied. If an inherited right is not specified, then Crystal Enterprise denies the right by default.
Assuming that both forms of inheritance have been disabled, an explicitly granted right allows the principal to perform a particular action on the object, even if its group membership is modified or changed completely.
An explicitly denied right always prevents a principal from performing the associated action. For example, if folder inheritance has been enabled, and a specific right has been denied at the parent folder level, then the right to the folder's child objects will always be denied, even if it has been explicitly granted to principal.
