This property returns a collection of properties. Read-Only.

Properties in the collection can be either simple properties or property bags (i.e. containers). There are two ways that the user can determine if a property is a property bag:

• Identify property bags using the Container Property.
• Get the property flags. There is a flag that identifies a property as a property bag.
