SilentInstall Property

This property returns True if the silent install feature is on, and False if this feature has been turned off. Read-Only.

Remarks

By default, plugins have a silent install feature that automatically installs or upgrades them when the following occurs:

• The desktop needs to display an object, but the corresponding plugin is not available.
• The user adds a new object, but the corresponding plugin is not available.
• The server has newer plugins.
