This property is True if it is possible to show only the description of the value to the user when they select a value for the parameter. If this property is True, it is possible to set the ReportParameterSingleValue's ShowDescriptionOnly Property to True. If the EnableShowDescriptionOnly property is False, the ShowDescriptionOnly property cannot be used.
