The Server object manages the server, provides general information on the server, and retrieves the administration library specific to the server kind. Management of the server includes starting, stopping, restarting, enabling, and disabling the server. Information is specific to the server itself as well as the general metrics available in the ServerGeneralMetrics object. The administration libraries can be used to obtain detailed information on the kind of server, as well as to make calls specific to the management of that server kind.

Note:    You cannot create a Server object through the SDK. Server objects are created by the system when they are started and added to the system by the administrator. For more information see Managing and Configuring Servers in the Crystal Enterprise Administration Guide.

Disabled Property	Returns True if the server is disabled.
FriendlyName Property	Returns the Crystal Enterprise Friendly Name of the server. Read-Only.
ServerAdmin Property	Returns the administrative object to manage the server. Read-Only.
ServerDescriptor Property	Returns the type of Crystal Enterprise server. Read-Only.
ServerGeneralAdmin Property	Returns the ServerGeneralMetrics Object that is used to retrieve generic server metrics. Read-Only.
ServerID Property	Returns the Nameserver registered server ID. Read-Only.
ServerIOR Property	Returns the server's unique identifier. Read-Only.
ServerIsAlive Property	Returns True if server is alive (running). Read-Only.
ServerKind Property	Returns the registered server kind. Read-Only.
ServerName Property	Returns the name of the host (machine) where the server is running. Read-Only.
