The authentication that the alias is associated with. Read-Only.

A user can have multiple aliases. For example, he or she can have an Enterprise alias, an NT alias, and an LDAP alias. An Enterprise alias uses a native authentication provider, whereas NT and LDAP aliases use a third-party authentication provider. See the Type Property.

Each alias can be disabled with the Disabled Property.
