Scheduling a report with specific parameter values

The basic process used to schedule a report with specific parameter values is as follows:

1. Retrieve the report from the APS using a query.
2. Retrieve the Report object using the PluginInterface Property.
3. Modify the report's parameters.
4. Schedule the report.

Note:    You do not have to commit the modified parameters to the APS in order to schedule the report with those parameters. When the report is scheduled, it uses parameters in the current ReportInterface and not those parameters stored on the APS.
