Managing group memberships

Crystal Enterprise allows you to create groups consisting of users, and to set the permissions on objects at a group level. When manipulating the group memberships using the SDK, you can choose one of two methods:

• Use the group to modify which users belong to it.
• Use the user to modify which group he or she belongs to.

The user's group list and the group's user list are, therefore, synchronized. This example will use the User object to modify which groups a user belongs to: it will show how to add and remove a group to and from the user's group list.
