Launching the History page

The History page is launched from within available.csp. When the user selects History from the drop-down list, the History function in actionscripts.js is called, and history.csp is loaded. The report ID and the history page's start page are appended to the query string. The ID is used to retrieve a number of properties for the matching report object: SI_ID, SI_NAME, SI_ALIAS_TARGETID, SI_PROGID.
