Scheduling the report

After setting one or more scheduling options, the user can schedule the report by clicking the Schedule link in the header. schedule.csp is reloaded, and tab=schedule is appended to the query string. If tab="schedule", then the report is scheduled, and the user is redirected to history.csp.
