Guest view

When users first access ePortfolio, they are automatically logged on to the guest view. The guest view is loaded through a redirect that occurs in logon.csp.

available.csp?pageView=guest

With the pageView parameter set to 'guest', navigational queries are based on the top-level folder having SI_ID = 0.

The Crystal Enterprise administrator controls the rights assigned to the guest account, but otherwise the guest view is unmanaged. Guests can access ePortfolio and perform basic reporting tasks. The administrator remains responsible for maintaining ePortfolio, including tasks such as making reports accessible to guest users and customizing the appearance of the desktop.
