settings_include.csp

settings_include.csp, which is included in settings.csp, allows the user to select desktop settings, such as the desktop's initial view, the number of reports that will be displayed on a page, the menu format, the desktop color scheme, the type of Crystal Report Viewer, and the time-zone. All of the setting values that are submitted are retrieved in settings.csp and stored in a cookie.
