By default, when users schedule reports, the report instances are saved to the Output File Repository Server. However, Crystal Enterprise also allows users to specify other output destinations for scheduled reports. The supported output destinations are unmanaged disk, FTP, and email (Simple Mail Transfer Protocol, or SMTP). This section shows how to set up destination support on the Job Servers. You must perform these tasks in order to enable the "schedule to destinations" features offered by Crystal Enterprise.
