The IncludesUpperBound property indicates whether or not a range value includes the upper bound value that is chosen.
Property IncludesUpperBound As Boolean
This property is similar to the concept of the two symbols) and] used when describing ranges in mathematical notation. If the IncludesUpperBound Property is True, this property is equivalent to the] symbol, and means that the range includes the maximum value. On the other hand, if this property is False, this means that the range includes any value up to, but not including, the upper bound value: this is equivalent to the) symbol in mathematics.
If the HasNoUpperBound Property is True, then this property will be True. If the parameter is a Boolean value, it may not be a range value, and this property does not apply.
