Property IsCurrentValueSet As Boolean
If this property is True, then there is a value currently selected for the parameter; if, on the other hand, it is False, no value is selected for the parameter. If the IsCurrentValueSet Property is False and the IsDefaultValueSet Property is False, the user will definitely be prompted for a parameter value. If the default value is set, but the current value is not, the user will not be prompted for a value, and the first default value will become the current value.
