The Groups collection is used to specify which groups a user belongs to. When manipulating the group memberships using the SDK, you can choose one of two methods:

• Use the group to modify which users belong to it.
• Use the user to modify which group he or she belongs to.

The user's group list and the group's user list are, therefore, synchronized. This collection allows you to add a group to, or remove it from, a user's group list. The UserGroup plugin's GroupAssociates Collection allows you to add users to, or remove them from, a group's user list.
