viewmanager.csp can be accessed from the Subscription view (Favorites folder) or the Personal view (Public folder) of ePortfolio by clicking the Organize link in the header. Users can perform a number of actions on the items that appear in the Organize Folder's Contents list:
Note: When users copy a report to their Favorites folder, they can schedule and view them independently of other users. When they link reports (that is, create shortcuts to them), they share the reports with other users—other users can see the reports they create.
