This collection contains all of the object principals (users, groups) that have explicit rights to a particular object. Principals whose rights have been inherited, or whose rights to the object have not been set, are not included in this collection.

Use the AnyPrincipal Property to obtain security information for principals that are not in the ObjectPrincipals collection.
